Coastal Waste & Recycling is seeking a dedicated and driven HR Coordinator to join our growing team in Orlando!

Responsibilities

Your Role:

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for working alongside the HR Generalists to support leaders and operations need. This role will perform various administrative tasks, ensuring that our HR policies and procedures are adhered to. 

  • Support employees and managers on human resources related concerns
  • Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and projects
  • Assist with payroll processing, benefits enrollment and employee inquiries.
  • Onboard new hires by gathering employee documents, creating employee files, and ensuring they have all the tools to succeed on day one at the company.
  • Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; productivity and training and development

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience in human resources or an administrative support role 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, preferred 
  • Bilingual (Spanish or Creole) required
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
