Responsibilities

Your Role:

As a District Controller, you’ll manage the accounting functions across our respective sites, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic decision-making. Your role will be pivotal in driving financial success and maintaining the integrity of our operations.

  • Guide financial decisions by applying company policies and analyzing economic trends.
  • Develop and maintain financial controls and guidelines for the district.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, balance sheets, and income statements.
  • Provide financial updates and insights to senior managers and business partners.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
  • Reconcile monthly reports and analyze district financial information.
  • Support short- and long-term operational strategies.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
    • Five or more years of professional accounting experience, including two years in public accounting.
    • MBA and bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred.
    • Strong understanding of banking processes and financial data analysis.
    • Proven experience in financial project management.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial colleagues.
    • Strong time management and self-starter attitude.
