We’re seeking an experienced and driven Sales Assistant for our growing Broward County market!

Responsibilities

Your Role:

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team by handling administrative tasks, generating leads, assisting with client interactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. While you won't be closing deals, your contributions will be essential to the overall sales process.

  • Utilize tools like PlanHub, CoStar, and other platforms to generate leads and support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities.
  • Provide organizational assistance to the sales team, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and tracking customer interactions.
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates, resolve concerns, and ensure satisfaction with products and services.
  • Assist in cross-selling and up-selling additional solutions to existing customers to help drive business growth.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to service, satisfaction, and product needs.
  • Assist with credit adjustments, ensuring that customer accounts are accurately managed and issues are resolved promptly.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous administrative, sales, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues, both over the phone and via email.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with tools like PlanHub and CoStar is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to work closely with others to achieve team goals.
