Your Role:

As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facility, personnel, and operations. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will play a key role in maintaining a safe and productive environment.

• Monitor and control entry and exit points, ensuring only authorized personnel and vehicles have access.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises and use surveillance systems to monitor activity and identify potential risks.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, documenting and reporting all occurrences.
• Enforce company safety and security policies, ensuring compliance among employees and visitors.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of security activities and incidents.
• Collaborate with waste management personnel and local authorities as needed to address safety and security concerns.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience as a security guard or in a similar role is a plus.
• Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with security protocols and emergency response procedures.
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Integrity, reliability, and professionalism in handling sensitive or confidential information.
• Security certification or licensure (e.g., Security Officer License) and first aid/CPR certification are preferred.
